When shopping at Pink Sensations online store, protection of your privacy is our number one priority. To ensure our customer privacy, we are committed to protect your privacy. The information we collect is used to process your orders. We don't sell our customer information. We don't send out junk mails to our customers.
Confidential Policy
All your personal information is confidentiel. All Product are shipped in discreet packages. The word Toys or others similar words will not appear on your packages and your credit card statements.
Delivery
All products purchased on Pink Sensations are shipped discreetly in a brown box or white box or envelopes with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step. This enables a fully discreet service and your confidentiality.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 8-10 days but usually it is much quicker. If their is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email.
Delivery Time
Our goal is to ship out all customer orders within 24 hours. In fact, most customer orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped out on the same day. Most of our Irish customers receive their orders in 2 or 3 business days depending on the destination, product availability, and the shipping method. Delivery time may vary depending on location of the recipient. Express service is available to Irish customers
International Customers
We also deliver to other countries across the globe. International deliveries are made to locations outside the Republic of Ireland. Due to the inceasing mail lost problem, Priority Shipping will be used to ensure our customers receiving their order on time. Depending on the location of the recipient, international order may take up to 1 week to deliver. We reserve the right to refuse service to certain international countries. If special shipping method is required, additional shipping and handling fee may be incurred.

Return Policy
Need to return a product?
7 days Return Policy
You can return your purchase in Ireland for up to 7 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
You can also return faulty products free for an exchange or refund up to 10 days from the purchase date.
How to return a product
On Pink Sensations you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
Adult toys may be returned as long as the original packaging is intact. We understand that you may have to open the boxes of adult toys to examine them, but the packaging have to be intact. We cannot accept returns of creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened.
Returning lingerie and sexy clothing
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
Returning DVDs and Videos
As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.
Faulty Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase.
If your item is faulty, please ask for returns form so we will email to you and we will provide you with a freepost returns address. Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please fill in the returns form.
You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.

Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
